Originals may be returned to me within 30 days of receipt, but must be returned in their original condition, in appropriate packaging, at customers expense. A refund will be processed once I receive the Items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Print on demand products cannot be returned unless it is misprinted/damaged/defective. This includes prints and mugs.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

-Keep burning in a cool dry place
-dust only with a dry lint free cloth, don't use water
-keep out of direct and indirect sunlight/UV light
-Burnings are treated with a UV protection wood varnish but may still fade over time or if exposed to UV light.
